Floating Slab
Here in Colorado they have a FLOATING SLAB system in the walk-out basement. On one portion there is a crack but the crack has some VERTICAL LIFT. I attached picture showing the lift. The builder claims it is "normal" and nothing detrimental.
Should I push the issue or is it merely aesthetic? |

Floating Slab
Take a top picture of the first and second photo looking straight down with a tape measure running accross the crack. From what I see it doesnt seem to be open. probably just a stress crack, nothing serious
