Fix a scratch/mark inside porcelain tub

I have a spot inside my porcelain tub that looks like eventually it could rust and cause a hole. Its about the size of a dime right now.
How do i fix it?

I'm a newbie to home improvement...but I want to learn.

Fix a scratch/mark inside porcelain tub

use a colored epoxy. Sand with 600 grit wet sandpaper then sand to a polished finish with same paper increasing grit to 1500. Then polish with a buffer.
