Hi,

I am about to add foamular 250 board the interior surface of my foundation (crawl space). Owens Corning states that the foam board must be covered with a 15 min fire/thermal barrier like 1/2" drywall. I'd rather not use drywall, would covering it with stucco work?

Stucco is heavier than drywall, and considerably more time intensive. How was the insulation installed?? Might not support the weight.
