Looks good Buz...little overkill on the bulkheads but everything looks true and straight! Don't forget to colour in the bottom of the walls with Pink! lol

* I’d remove the fiberglass at the rim joists, replace with rigid foam: http://www.rd.com/57548/article57548.html

Need fire-stopping at the joists above the drop ceiling chase covering the girders, and every 10’ along the wall: How to fireblock framing

Below grade walls: http://www.buildingscience.com/docum...Insulation.pdf

http://www.swinter.com/services/docu...Insulation.pdf

http://www.buildingscience.com/docum...gs?full_view=1

Need proper sized egress window or door (not through garage) for basement and another/or in a bedroom: http://illowaicc.org/uploadedFiles/I...20Openings.pdf

Treated plates for bottom plates…… hard to see. Hangers at cantilevered joists supporting upper stairs? Steel straps for stair stringers to joist above. Other goodies: http://www.pwcgov.org/docLibrary/PDF/005575.pdf

Be safe, Gary
