finishing basement - ceiling question

mikeluvs2build Newbie   Join Date: Feb 2010 Posts: 7	finishing basement - ceiling question thinking about painting the joists, water lines, etc in lieu of drop ceiling. i think it looks really cool. any advise on what type of paint to use? since it is a basement with possible moisture it seems water based paint should not be used, any advise?
