Final inspection question

Hey folks,
I just finished my accessory structure and all that's left is the final inspection. Do you know if I need to keep the building empty before the inspector comes by or can I start storing stuff in there already.
Thanks much,
Jason

Final inspection question

I would think it needs to be kept empty.

Final inspection question

You would probably be better off if it's empty. If they have to crawl around to see anything, it might not go in your favor. Some inspectors get an attitude if they think you are trying to disrespect them, in their own mind, if you know what I mean. Sounds dumb, but I haven't met too many inspectors that I thought were there with a positive attitude, so best not to do anything to make them grumpy.

Final inspection question

An unhappy inspector is not nice to have. Keep it clean, so nothing is hidden, it looks good and the inspection is easier. bE NICE AND WELCOME HIM.
