Question

Exterior plywood

The @#$%'n builder I hired installed exterior plywood vertically rather than horizontally........that builder is gone, for many reasons........when speaking with other prospective builders, one was going to switch the plywood (there are 4 in question on 2 sides of the house, 8 total) to vertically, the other was going to add wood screws for extra support.

We decided not to switch the plywood because it is under the fascia, which is under the roof and I don't want to disturb them. Now the new builder I hired says the screws aren't required and he will go overboard with the extra nails.

Is that good enough? Any other suggestions?
