Estimate for 5 windows. Does this seem high?

My uncle was quoted 4800 to replace 5 windows and remove some bars in front of the windows. It is a concrete block home. The windows seem like standard sizes, but I do not have measurements. Does this seem like a good ballpark figure for this type of job, or should he get a couple more estimates. I guess I'm trying to see if I should do some research on windows for him or not. He is 77 years old and lives a couple of hours away.

This site is geared towards DIY, not cost estimates
Recommended to get several local quotes & check references
Costs vary widely by location & the specific job

Thank you
