Erecting garage walls

I resently poured a slab for a 28x30 garage. My forms swelled out abit in the middle (both sides 1/4" and the back and front close to 1") due to not enough backfill or stakes. My question is do I move my entire wall out a 1/4" on each side so the sheathing will overlap the slab(1") or do I just keep the sheathing flush with the bottom plate and have the 1/4" of the slab sticking out on each wall and sticking out an 1" on the front and back? A buddy of mine told me to move the wall out the 1/4 on the sides and an inch on the front and back, put this will mean that part on the bottom plate will not be on the slab, on the outer corners.

What are you using for studs...2x4 or 2x6 ?
Whats the distance over which it swelled out ....4'....8' ?
I would put a 2x6 or 2x8 bottom plate on & move the wall out

bump everything and keep lengths and diagonals even, you will be happier when you frame and get to roof

So pretty much what my buddy suggested. The depth on garage will change to 28' 2". Do you agree with bringing the sheathing down over outside of slab a bit? 1/2 or 3/4"?

X2 - you want it square and true, else you will be continually having to make adjustments.
