Electrical Conduit leaking water right next to foundation

I have a couple of PVC conduits that go to the cable/telephone/power for phone and cable cords. These conduits are just a couple inches from the foundation and they are leaking water, usually during rains and a few days afterwards. The house is on a hill, and I suspect the PVC conduits are filling with water through cracks and poorly sealed connectors, and running downhill towards the house.

I'm worried about the ill effects it might have on the foundation. At it's peak, the two conduits are leaking around 1 gallon of water/hour. Is this something to be concerned about? How should I go about fixing it?

I would sure be worried about 1 gallon of water per hour entering my house. Can you take a picture of both sides and post it here?

The conduit doesn't enter the home. It's completely outside. The leak is happening right outside.

:icon_rolleyes: Still, if you want advise, you should post a picture.

your worried about water leaking against the out side of your foundation? I would be worried about the water damage to the cables inside the conduit.
