Egress windows

I want to have installed two "michigan code" egress windows in my cinderblock basement and the lowest price well and I am wondering, what is a high price for this project?

Egress windows

Bad way to ask this question. Too many variables

Budget around $4,000.00 complete with exterior retaining wall from Bilco.
