Easysand Over Plaster: How long Does the Plaster Need to Dry?

Quick question:

Can I patch a deep hole with Plaster of Paris, let it dry to touch (not the full 24 hrs or how long it takes to turn white), then go over it to fill the top of the depression with Easysand?
Or are they incompatible used so close together in time?

Went out to buy 20 minute Durabond but no stores near me have ANY Durabond in stock.
I have a sack of plaster here though.

I would wait for it to dry first.

Thanks Chris. Based on that I waited until I could locate some Durabond today.
