Where can I get some guidance putting up durock.

It pulls away when screwing and the corner broke up. Do I need to replace it or is there a fix?

Are you using the correct screws? The head should be flush with the edge, not recessed like drywall.

Yes the edges can be a bit more difficult than drywall. I would get the inner body of the board screwed first.

Can the corner be repaired or should I replace the whole thing? The screws say for durock.

Got a picture so we can get an idea why it broke.
And not can not be fixed.
Trying to screw it to close to the edge may be the issue.
You can use galvanized roofing nails instead of screws.

Thanks for the help. Apparently I was just going at it to hard. I slowed down and started taking it easy and no more problems. So far. Again, Thanks.

Use tilers mesh and thinset to seal the seams and fix any gaps----the cracked corner can be filled---
