dual pane windows
 
my dual pane windows leak cold air, they were installed 2 years ago and have leaked since the beginning? they are name brand windows and what can i do to prevent this. My house was remolded from the studs up and the contractor -is no use for help.

Post pictures of the windows. Both, interior and exterior shots.
What type of windows? New construction or replacement? How old is the house? What brand window
More then likely the air leakage is coming in around the perimeter of the window which would be defined as a poor installaton. This is fixable but will probably require removing moldings, installing insulation, caulking, etc..
