Driveway Sealant remover
Hello folks!
I hope this is the correct area for this topic. Others dont seem to fit driveway sealing as close as this one.
Anyway on vacation what of course doing home improvements on my days off!:furious: . 1st on the list was sealing driveway. Took much longer then I thought and have alot of runoff along the sides. I got some on the sidewalk where driveway begins and doesnt look so good.
What can I use to remove the excess?

Easy way, cover the sidewalk. Hardway is, no matter what you do, there will still be some residue on the concrete, no matter what you do to remove it. Now I am suspecting that you are talking about Asphalt Sealant.

yes sire asphalt sealant it is.
So there is no kind of solution I can use to remove it from the sidewalk?

I'm betting that it would take an acid or a thinner and some abrasion to soften that stuff, then you'd have to blast it off with a pressure washer before it leached into the pours of the concrete. Note: This could be dangerous and toxic operation too.

Sounds like alot of work and caution. I'll just deal with it.
I have a little sander, but dont think that;ll work.
