dripping water

Our window above our sink is dripping water from the top of the window frame.. The cieling and drywall are still dry but the leak keeps coming. Any idea of what could be causing this.

Is it dripping or leaking condensation? are you in a cold climate? Is it raining were you are at?

Could be an ice dam, or it could be faulty flashing above the window on the exterior
