Question

Double Up Unistrut/Superstrut

I'm using Unistrut/Superstrut and need to double up. I plan on joining the backs to create the rails on both sides. What is the best bolt size to join the two together? Should I use the 1/2 or 3/8 bolts? Do I use regular washers or the special square ones? How long should they be?

Double Up Unistrut/Superstrut

I only have access to the single channels. I want to bolt together to look like A1001. The struts I have, have holes in the back wall. Will the Channel nuts twist since they won't contact anything accept the smooth surface? Would I use the 3/8 or 1/2 size bolts
