Does this window exist?

I'm looking for a twin casement window that opens WITHOUT a crank. Like a push open with locks or something. I'm having a half impossible time finding anything like this, they all come with cranks. A single casement window with out a crank even. Do these EXIST without a megacrazyinsane special order?
