does pt wood warp less in cooler weather

I am going to build a pressure treated wood fail fence w/ 4" x 6" posts and 5/4" x 6" rails. Will wait about six months to dry out before staining. If I wait until late fall when temp cools off considerably (ga here) will the wood tend to warp/bow/twist any less?? Thanks
