Do I need a sill pan for an entry door that sits on brick vs. wood?

I have to replace my 36" entry door on the back of my garage and as I look at the original, I can see that it is sitting on bricks that are flush with the concrete slab of the garage floor. With this setup is there a need to install a sill pan since the interior side of the water dam will be exposed to traffic in the garage since there is no finished floor to but up against?

Thanks

If you get the measurements spot on, the back side of the pan will but up against the back side of sill of your door. Just make sure you (i dont know the terminology I just know how my guy does it) return the metal on itself so the top of the metal edge is not sharp.
