Dirt/brick foundation

My house was built in the 40s and has a partial concrete/brick, partial dirt foundation. The dirt is encased in a thin layer of concrete.

Putting the obvious safety & structural issues aside, what is the general process for converting the old foudation to a straight concrete block wall?

Dirt/brick foundation

Probably the most efficient way of doing this is to have a house mover raise/crib the house up temporarily to have the foundation replaced as one, rather than piecing the foundation together.

Not much DIY in it IMO, and it's almost impossible to get very specific with the routine to do this on the internet, as there are literally thousands of variables to deal with that differ from every site.

Dirt/brick foundation

What should I expect to pay for a consultation, if I hired someone to look at it for me?
