Default Dimpled membrane on basement interior wall

I have read and learned much here. I also see that there are several methods to inulate basements. My question is can you/or has anyoneone used dimpled membrane (Deltams or superseal) on the interior basement wall dircectly onto concrete. Then frame wall and place unfaced fiberglass between studs. This would keep moisture from touching fiberglass and allow wall to breathe. I like the rigid on walls but its expensive and this is only 60 cents a ft. Thank you
