Designs for building a deck

So I am tired of going back and forth with my county on getting a building permit to build on my own freaking property. I have approval from Zoning.

Does anyone know of anyone that will finish my plans to work with the local county building codes? I have their "Guide" but I am sucking at CAD pretty badly.

If anyone knows of someone in the St. Louis area, or someone in general that will look at my stuff and finish it for me, for pay of course, it would be greatly appreciated. Frustration has set in, and just want to actually START the project.

A local draftsman should be able to draw the plans.

Criterium-McMahon in Chesterfield. Ask for Terry. Not sure if he'd draw it up himself, but he'd probably point you in the right direction.

I would find out if you need an actual architect, as our town requires, or if a contractor can draw it. One source is http://www.angieslist.com.
