Decking nails for airgun?

I'm getting ready to put down some 5/4 decking. Do they make airgun nails designed for decking applications?

You can get hot dipped galvanized gun nails for use in deck lumber but you'll end up regretting nailing your decking down...Trust me. You definitely want to use screws for a good installation.

If you opt for gun nails, go for hot dipped galvanized (not electro-plated galvanized). They'll just look like hell and will work themselves loose in time, but at least they won't decay in the treated lumber structure.

Decking nails for airgun?

Its not a deck for my home...I'm building a 12' x 20' raised platform that will be used as flooring for a dog kennel.

Thanks for the info!

A Quick-Drive screw gun is almost just as fast as a nail gun. Plus you can stand up and fasten the deck boards, not as hard on the back.
