Decking material

For a Canadian installation... What would be the choice of experts?
- given a desire for maintenance fee, longevity, not to slippery in winter, minimal/easy cleaning (no wire brush mold removal),
PTW, cedar, composite, capped, PVC.
Please include MAKE/MODEL.
