Deck railing post installation

I plan on installing a vinyl rail system. What is the best way to attach 4x4 post (outside of frame) mounted on top of the decking (notched) to support a vinyl post sleeve over the post so that the bottom of the sleeve is fully supported?

Deck railing post installation

The info yousent helped. Specifically, I am looking for help on framing to support my 4x4 post being notched to be installed on the installed decking and being bolted to the framing. When I do this, it will create a situation where there will be an opening on the vinyl sleeve that I will be installing over the post to support vinyl railings. The bottom of the sleeve on the outside will not be resting on anything. I am looking for help to fill this gap in so that the sleeve bottom is supported. Basically, I am trying to sandwich the post where it attached to the framing.
