Deck Posts question

Hi everyone, does anyone know a "fool-proof" way to measure and cut deck posts accurately? I have four 6x6x10 posts that will support a beam ontop of them. I have one more footing to pour and let cure so I'm just looking for help with these posts in advance. Thanks for your time!
