Deck building

I went out of town while a roof was being built over my deck and came home to be unsatisfied. The deck is 10' deep by 16' wide, is footed every two sq ft, not elevated. I asked for the deck to be covered and this is what I came home to: 4x6 post on the corners, 3 ft in the ground, 2x8 headers with 2x6 joists every 20". The roof is decked with 3/8's plywood solar board, 15lb felt and a simple 30 year shingle. I am concerned that the roof needs more than just the corner posts and I don't know if its because the roof is 12' high or not but it sways. Should I put in a couple of posts for each long side (16' w) and some corner angle supports as well? Tie the sides together with 2x6 or 4x4's? The posts are solid in the ground, it is just the top that sways
