Deck Build


Here's a plan I worked up today. Seems pretty substantial. Will be putting 6x6 posts in.

I researched the composites. Seems like they are not fond of hot, summer sun. We get a lot of that here in South Florida. In fact, a friend used it on some steps he replaced a few years ago and it is literally turning to dust. Plus, I'm a barefooter. From my research, the composites hold a lot more heat than wood.

Good point/consideration...... geographical diffrences.... wood would be cooler.....
