Your missing some blocking to support the decking around the post.
Also those post need to be trough bolted not just nailed.
When I have to cut one like that it's just a matter of lots of measurement and a speed square to lay it out.

For cutting the board, I would line the piece up square to where it will sit, and use a framing square against the deck framing to transfer the angles. One of those cuts you just need to take your time to make it pretty.

What kind of gap do you have between the deck boards?

I would cut the piece to length, then i would measure along the cut till i hit the 4x4, then use my square on the cut to mark the 4x4. Continue the measuring right around the 4x4.

As everyone mentioned, get your cut figured out with a straight edge. add joist blocking around both posts to hold up decking, bolt posts to deck and drop the deck board in from above and slide it down the posts till it sets down tight at the spot... though, it looks like it might just be two v cuts depending on where 5 1/2" lands on the posts so that will actually be easier than trying to cut around multiple sides of the posts.

a carpenters speed square is the best on site tool for those type situations and if it is not long enough to reach then use a carpenters pencil to lengthen the straight edge point. I use a standard size speed square and have the 12" square in the truck for the other times it is needed along with a framing square...

how far is it from your last deck plank to the outer deck band inner edge? be sure and measure both sides for maximum accuracy.

I had to do something similar for my deck and used a super low tech.

I just used scrap pieces of cardboard to make a simple template, then traced it on to my wood for a final cut.
