Is this damage to joist significant?

Hi there,

I recently used my Sawzall to remove a top plate and nails in order to be able to fasten a Simpson joist hanger, reinforcing/attaching a single 2x10 to a sistered 2x10. Unfortunately, I appear to have cut into the sistered joist somewhat. The cut is 3/16inch at its deepest where arrow points (there is not reduction in width at the bottom of the joist, so the cut went in at an angle), and although I suspect it probably has not weakened it too much, I would be interested in getting some input from folks who might know if this is something I need to somehow repair (whether for safety or simply based on code), or if I can just leave it. If repairs are needed, what options do I have? As is seen from the photos, it's not easy to sister in another joist. Are there other options, e.g. reinforcing with metal plates?
