Cutting Owens Corning Foamular 150

I am going to be using Owens Corning Foamular 150 ridgid foam insulating boards for an upcoming project. What is the best way to cut the boards to size? I plan in using the 2" thick boards.

Thanks!
Jimmy

For straight cuts, a good, sharp Stanley box cutter to score and snap or a hand saw.

If you have angles or openings, a hand saw works or a drywall saw works for small openings.

Sawing is messy, but you have a better chance to keep a good line if that is important.

Hot wire cutters can get to be a problem.

I use a standard snap knife, with the blade fully extended. Couple the knife with a carbide knife sharpener when the snap blades get dull and you should be able to cut the foam easily.
