Curing concrete?


I wouldn't worry about them. Mix up a little mortar mix and patch them with a putty knife it you like. I don't think the mix design had anything to do with it.

is it necessary to cover the concrete if cure is used?

It is still a good idea, especially if it is a windy day. Covering concrete never hurts.
