crumbling driveway


New cement driveway was cut to satisfy the local township, because it was too far out to the street. After it is cut, its crumbled at few places. Is it fixable? or this crumbled areas get worse?.

we don' need no steenking pictures would help if you could define ' crumbling ' so we all can speak the same language, tho,,, is the 'crete spalling, shattering, washing out, or is the aris of the sawcut chipping ?
