cracked foundation on a new built house

My house was built few months ago, I just found few cracks on the foundation along kitchen, bathroom and living room. My questions are should I be worry about it?, should I leave it alone?, should I have the foundation guy to fix it ( I don't know it will do me any good. Some one told me it can't be fixed.) May be I should tell the inspector to see what's his opinion?
Your help will be appreciated.

cracked foundation on a new built house

Call the inspector out. Properly poured slabs usually take years to settle. I'm in FL and most homes are slab construction and built on sand.

cracked foundation on a new built house

My house was built in California, the settling of the slab should not take that long.
