Crack Between Basement Slab and Foundation

we wtrproofed n j bsmts - IF you want the correct method, it involves ext excavation & remedial wtrproofing incl buried sump, pump, etc,,, choose an interior option & its a ' french drain ' ( collection pipe under the floating slab ),,, the ' blistering ' of the ' drylock ' ( a wag ) wall coating shows there was an existing problem,,, the soil's acid is what's attacking the block's cement ( lime in the cement ) - probably the block will be fine altho i do remember a few jobs where the walls collapsed unexpectedly due to hidden block rot,,, always remember, buyers are liars & sellers are worse good luck !
