Covering a pipe that runs along wall?

I was going to just build out the wall here but I think we want to keep the rock and siding look. Any suggestions on covering this pipe that looks decent? I was thinking inverting some large corner molding but I don't know if that will work..

What is that pipe for? It doesn't appear to have any slope.

Cover it. L brackets inside some motif-matching beam/shelf/rail.

...photoshop: how did we ever live without it?
