converting sun room for normal use

Hi,

I want to convert a sunroom (adjoined to family room) to be used for normal use. The room is too cold to use in the winter time so more insulation would have to be added. I'm not really experienced in this area and I was wondering what my options are. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Ali

Any chance of you posting some pics.
A lot of questions come to mind but in general floors,
walls, and ceiling should be well insulated.
Walls and ceiling should have vapour barrier. If this sunroom is just a room with windows you will need to insulate any gaps between the doors and windows and cased off..
What are the walls and ceiling framed with and are they finished or just open with the outside finished.
If your not sure how to post pics just send them to me and I will be happy to post them for you.
