Condo Balcony above leaks on my patio

I recently purchased a condo, and when it rains the balcony above me leaks water on my patio. I really enjoy sitting out on the patio even when it rains, is there anything i can do to drain the rain water to the side or something? the balcony above me is like a wooden deck if that helps. any ideas would be appreciated.thank you

Pay to waterproof the neighbors deck or talk to the condo-organization about fixing the problem.
