Condensation on pipes, trunk lines etc

In this house, the pipe, hvac runouts, hvac units, are sweating like crazy. It is in the basement area of home, basement has been finished, with drop in acoustical ceiling that has R19 batts above. We have checked the dryer vent and looked over all the hvac runouts - all seem to be tight with no air leaks. Any Suggestions?

Is it hot and humid where the pipes are?

I remember last summer during a heat wave my pipes were sweating like crazy in the basement. The one near the electrical panel made me a little uneasy lol.
