hello, i live in wisconsin and my house is seven years old. i've been told that new houses are built to tight. i have so much condensation on my crank out windows that i have to wipe them dry everyday, sometimes it forms ice and it causing the wood to rot. what can i do to remedy both problems
What type of heat do you have?
Is there a humidifier on it?
Does it vent up the chimney or out a wall?
What's the humidity levels in the house?
Are the baths vented to the exterior?
Is there a kitchen exhaust fan?
Any humidity producing features, like an indoor pool, fountain or hot tub?
Does the house have an air exchanger?
Ron
