Concrete walls

I'm about to begin finishing my basement. A month ago I had a flood and the concrete walls are showing signs of mold. I was told to sand the walls and apply Drylock, before framing. I just want to know is this acceptable or are there other steps I should consider before framing.

I would wash the walls and kill the mold. I see no reason to sand the walls unless you want mold spores airborne.

Concrete walls

Drylock will only send the moisture elsewhere to enter your basement. A little reading: http://www.buildingscience.com/docum...gs?full_view=1
