Concrete Wall Structural Strength

Looking for advice if a concrete wall will lose structural strength if an opening is made larger vertically. Here are the conditions

10" Concrete foundation wall 14 feet high.
wall supports 3 14x26 I beams ( garage above)
42" x 42" opening was made during the pour.
opening is 5.5 feet from top and 5+ feet from the footer.
right side of Opening is 12" from corner (inside) and 22 " from outside
one of the I beam is cut into pockets about 6" offset from the left side of the opening.

I want to cut the opening big enough to frame in a 36x80 door. Any advice. Thanks.

Concrete Wall Structural Strength

beam above, i'd do it & not worry a bit,,, 14' - 6' 8" = 7' 4" remaining 10" conc,,, enuff to hold 2 elephants in my house,,, the only suggestion i'd make is to diamond saw the cuts rather'n use a chipping gun which might cause microfractures in the wall reducing its supporting strength.
