Concrete wall shower

My walkout, poured walls, has a shower 2'-11"x 2'-3"x2'-3'. the one short wall and long wall is poured concrete; the remaining is cinder block. All walls painted. Concrete walls have little spalling at floor(floor is concrete w/center drain) and peeling paint. How do I repair and how do I prepare and refinish the concrete walls? Thanks, Mitch

Concrete wall shower

Scrape, wire brush the paint. If there are places where cement has popped off, seal them up with patching cement, then prime and repaint with a waterproof masonary paint.
