Concrete tech needed here.

I have read a lot of this concrete used in counter tops, but does anybody know of a (homemade mix) of local materials that can be bought for a project that I'm in that requires to be concrete or simular to, but is only to be one inch square and 12 inches long. At the most ,supporting 25 pounds of pressure.

I would go to a granite countertop shop and ask them to cut for me that 1"x1"x12" out of a scrap piece.
