concrete storm shelter condensation


I had a concrete storm shelter built and i am having trouble with a lot of condensation, i am using a 30 pint dehumidifier and the walls have dried out but i can't seem to get the ceiling to dry, anyone know what i could do to solve this problem? Thanks Trigger

You don't say where you are located or how long you have had it and if it happens all year around but a cold box in the earth needs a vent, dehumidifying must cost you $20+ a month.
