concrete prices in CT

:confused: Does anyone know concrete prices per CU yard in Connecticut? I am building an addition and i need a ballpark price for the budget.

I'm a long ways from you here in the midwest, but just to give you an idea. We just did a 24' x 24' pole barn garage, 4" slab, no footings. Minor grading work and pour & finish the slab was just over $2K.

I'd suggest you hit the yellow pages in your area tomorrow morning and call 3-4 concrete guys in your area and ask for some ballpark bids on your project. Most will be happy to give you an estimate at little or no cost. Just let them know you're still in the planning phase.

Probably to late, but you can figure about 90.00 / yd. for the concrete plus any additives if needed. I would say about 90.00 to 150.00 for labor depending on what is involved.

Here I AZ. it is 92.50 per yard 2500psi . 3000psi is a couple dollars more . I checked the national average , and it is about the same

Seems pretty much in line with the others, out here in CA. I recently bought 6 sack, 3/4 rock with fiber for about $97/yd. Usually weekend delivery is extra and less than 6 yards is a "short load" ($70.00 extra.)
