concrete piles for 40 X 60 steel building

I have a 40 X 60 steel building and I have been getting different foundations ideas , the floor will be heated with in floor heating, should I be putting in piles or will a monolithic thickened edge slab on grade be sufficient, if I go with piles what size of concrete piles and how deep should they be the frost line is approximatly 4-5' ground conditions are good I don,t want to over engineer but at the same time want to be sure I won,t have trouble down the road
If I go with piles at the columns do I make them level with the finished floor grade or have them below grade
