Concrete foundation & framing
if i want to add a 20x20 addition to my home, what is the cost/estimate to have someone do just the foundation and framing? Also, are building permits expensive for that size of addition?

Concrete foundation & framing
Howdy,Paz---You are going to have to do this one the hard way--and the only way---
Get some drawings done---talk to your building department to find out what's needed. Then make a few calls to a concrete company or two---they will need your plans. Then go to your local old time lumber yard and ask for the name of a skilled, reliable framer. A guess from any one of us would not help much--to many variables.---Mike---
