concrete forms for concrete stairs

I built a set of concrete steps for my nieghbor. The stairs have two brick colums on each side so my forms are sandwiched. Also the steps have a lip on them, two inches out. To make matters worse i forgot to coat the back of the forms with oil or kerosine. I have managed to get one almost off. But it took me all of two hours. What do I do ?

Fire????????

No really, let the forms dry a few days, and the concrete cure a little, and the forms should only get looser than they currently are.
